Americredit claims a payment was not made, when it was they wont stop calling

I have Americredit financing my car in which my daughter pays the loan. She makes her payments every two weeks. Her payment is due on the 30th of each month, so she sends half the payment when she gets paid on the 10th and the second half on the 25th in which the last payment doesnt post for the month it was due, so it goes toward the month in which it was posted. They have been calling day and night 3-4 times a day leaving me messages. I spoke with them just the other day disputing the fact the payment wasnt made in April, as it was posted to the May payment. Does this make any sense to you?
